CH9711 + Series electronic load is an upgraded product of CH9711. It is built by our company on the basis of extensive user feedback and professional accumulation of electronic load for many years.

The newly designed circuit uses 500kHz high-speed sampling AD and high-speed DA to ensure the measurement speed and accuracy.

The resolution of 0.1mV/0.1mA can more effectively monitor the detailed changes of voltage and current and make it applicable in the testing field.

Wider test results are better, highlighted VFD makes the display clear and intuitive, menu and display content continue the original electronic load series easy to understand and simple operation style, make the use of handy.

Keyboard with operation status indicator, working status at a glance. Complete testing function is very humanized, greatly improving production efficiency.

RS232 interface protocol is fully compatible with the original series of electronic loads, so that system updating is no longer cumbersome.

Load main test functions:

Fixed current mode: Under the constant current mode, the electronic load is simulated as a constant current load, and the current is within the output capacity of the input power supply, and does not change with the voltage. In order to reduce the impulse effect at the instant of current start-up, the rising time can be set, and the load control can increase the current slowly during this time. In the process of constant current, it can be directly switched to short-circuit operation. Load control works with maximum current to test the short-circuit output and protection ability of power supply.

Fixed Voltage Mode: Under the constant voltage mode, the electronic load is simulated as a constant voltage load, and the output voltage does not change with the load current in the range of the output capacity of the power supply. In the process of constant voltage, it can be directly switched to short-circuit operation. Load control works at the minimum voltage to test the short-circuit output and protection ability of power supply.

Fixed power mode: Under constant power mode, the electronic load consumes a constant power in the range of power output capacity, which is generally simulated in a constant current mode. The load current is dynamically adjusted according to the input voltage. In constant power mode (CP), the load consumes a constant power. When the input voltage changes, the load adjusts the current to maintain the power consumption unchanged.

Fixed resistance mode: In the mode of constant resistance, the load works in the mode of constant current or constant voltage. According to the change of input power supply, the load current or voltage is dynamically adjusted to make the load equivalent to a constant resistance. In the constant resistance mode (CR), the load is equivalent to a constant resistance, and the load consumes current that varies with the input voltage.

Battery test mode: Discharge test works in a constant current (CC) or constant resistance (CR) mode, and can automatically test in the same mode or in different modes according to the set conversion time to better simulate the actual working state of the battery; during continuous discharge, the battery voltage drops continuously, and when the load input voltage is lower than the set value, the discharge test stops automatically, and the instrument can display the discharge. Time and battery capacity.

Dynamic measurement mode: Dynamic testing can make the load switch between two kinds of voltage or current repeatedly. This function can be used to test the dynamic characteristics of power supply. After dynamic test is started, the load will switch between A and B continuously, keeping width A and B respectively. Continuous measurement (CONT), pulse measurement (PULS) and trigger measurement (TRIG) can be set.

List Automated Test Module: The list test function can be automatically converted according to the set time under different load modes. For power supply products and charger equipment, through multi-parameter mixed testing, we can have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the working characteristics of the tested products in various applications.

Programming test: Programming test can test some critical parameters of power supply products, such as current limiting protection current, turning point current, etc. By setting the scanning range and critical condition, the electronic load can capture the voltage, current or power parameters of the power supply before the critical condition occurs, and can set a comparator to judge whether it is qualified or not.

Remote test function: When the load consumes a large current, the voltage drop will occur on the connection line between the measured power supply and the load, thus affecting the accuracy of voltage measurement. Under CV, CR and CP modes, the accuracy of voltage sampling will affect the working accuracy of electronic load. Using remote testing function can completely eliminate the influence of voltage drop on testing. Standard RS232C interface: The instrument has its own standard RS232 interface. Users can communicate with the instrument by using the general PC software provided by the company or through their own programming.
